Cancellation Policy
Standard Packages: Cancel more than 7 days before for a full refund. Cancel within 7 days for credit toward another date, or a refund at Solenne’s discretion if the date can be rebooked. Weather cancellations receive a full refund or free reschedule. Custom Events: Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days. Weather cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded.
